QUALITATIVE COMPOSITION

Bulking agents: cellulose, dicalcium phosphate; griffonia (Griffonia simplicifolia (DC.) Baill., seeds) dry extract 20% 5-hydroxytryptophan (5-HTP), L-theanine from Camellia sinensis (L.) Kuntze, gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA), valerian (Valeriana officinalis L., root) d.e. titrated at 0.8 % in sesquiterpene acids calculated as valerenic acid, glazing agents: hydroxy-propyl-methylcellulose, talc, glycerol; stabiliser: hydroxypropyl-cellulose; anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide, magnesium salts of fatty acids; colours: E 170, E132; lemon balm (Melissa officinalis L., essential oil)

POSOLOGY AND METHOD OF ADMINISTRATION

Take 1-2 tablets daily. The tablet can be swallowed whole or broken, with a sip of water.
