Quercetin powder, Bromelain (2400 GDU/g), powder; Bulking agent: Calcium Phosphates, Microcrystalline Cellulose (Cellulose gel); Anti-caking agents: fatty acids, Magnesium salts of fatty acids, Silicon Dioxide, Croscarmellose Sodium, Talc, Mallow (Malva sylvestris L., folium) d.e. tit.; Maltodextrin, Graminex™ G63 Rye Pollen (Secale cereale L., flos ) e.; Valerian (Valeriana officinalis L., radix ) d.e. tit.; Coating agents: Ethylcellulose, Hydroxy-propyl-cellulose, Polyvinylpyrrolidone, Carnauba wax.

1 tablet a day, to take with a glass of water, to swallow without chewing.
